Bought the V12 2 weeks ago. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver. Easy to assemble, but having difficulty detaching the shaft at the connection. The small canister is not helpful if you have heavy shedding dogs. Have to empty 3 times vacuuming one room. Will upgrade to V15 or Gen 5. Great vacuum if no pets.
